All bulk orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation and payment clearance. Custom or made-to-order fabric requests may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, total weight, and delivery location and are shared at the time of order confirmation. Charges are not included in product pricing unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Packaging

All fabric orders are packed securely to ensure they reach you in good condition. We use protective, moisture-resistant packaging suitable for bulk textile shipments.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if any delay affects your order.
