Refund policy
We accept return or exchange requests only for goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
To raise a valid claim:
- Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged goods along with your order reference
- Claims raised after this window will not be accepted
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or credit note as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Custom-designed or made-to-order fabrics
- Bulk-cut fabric pieces dispatched as per buyer specifications
- Goods that have been used, washed, or processed after delivery
Refund & Replacement
In case of an approved claim, we prioritise replacement of the affected goods. Where replacement is not possible, a credit note or refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
