Refund policy

We accept return or exchange requests only for goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

To raise a valid claim:

  • Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged goods along with your order reference
  • Claims raised after this window will not be accepted

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or credit note as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order fabrics
  • Bulk-cut fabric pieces dispatched as per buyer specifications
  • Goods that have been used, washed, or processed after delivery

Refund & Replacement

In case of an approved claim, we prioritise replacement of the affected goods. Where replacement is not possible, a credit note or refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
